Twhistle while you Twalk!
Twalk and Twalking are subjects for tomorrow’s meeting in the Surrey Hills.

Tom Evans - 1169 (number of followers), Thomas Power - 9460, Nick Tadd - 4847, Judith Germain - 3703, William Buist - 2198, Rod Sloane - 4720, Marieme Jamme - 2357, Vanessa Warwick - 868 are the main presenters tomorrow twaking us for a twalk through the world of twitching, sorry ttwitching in the Surrey Hills.

I’m tracking this event to try and understand this fascinating with the world of Twitter.

The event is entitled: #Twalk Twitter training walking in Surrey Hills with @thomaspower @thebookwright @nicktadd June and on the 3rd June 2009.

Is it lots of ego and noise or is it a real business benefit.

Let’s go find out...

First challenge, could each presenter please describe Twitter in a tweet please... I’ll go ask...

Added at 6:45am...

Yesterday evening, around 10:45 I signed up to follow all the presenters as was suggested by Tom in an email to the Twalkers.

Within a few minutes Vanessa started to follow me at 10:51 and sent me a message that seemed in real time. Then at 1:30am Judith Germain began to follow, 1:56 brought Marieme to the party, 2:42 Thomas, 2:46 Nick & 3:25 Rod Sloane.

Tom was already following me so that leaves William to join my followers... but did these people start to follow me automatically, if so why the time delay... or did they click in real time, if so, when do they sleep?

Is sleep for wimps?
